Job Description

SUMMARY

Freeman is seeking a Material Handler to serve as the primary contact for operations to handle administrative items such as data entry, filing, and tracking inventory levels. Other responsibilities will include:

Data entry into an AS400 based computer program
Data entry into Microsoft Excel and Word programs
Tracking operation-related orders and inventories
File pertinent information
Assist sister branches with any potential AS400 order entry problems
Assist other operations clerks with duties and be prepared to fill-in in their absence
Assist with miscellaneous tasks, projects and filing
Required Skills

REQUIREMENTS

MS Office Suite with advanced Excel skills
Minimum two (2) years working experience in related administrative or support position
Demonstrated communication, organization, and customer service skills
Ten Key by touch
Ability to multi-task while maintaining a professional demeanor

PREFERRED

Basic knowledge of the AS400
Required Experience

EDUCATION

High School Diploma or GED

PREFERRED

Associates Degree
